Abstract
[Objective] To study the technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows.[ Method] Orthogo-nal test was conducted to screen out suitable grinding time and mixing ratio;TLC method was adopted to establish detection method for effective components in new medicines.[Result] The optimal preparation conditions were crushing time 45 min, mixing ratio 1.0:1.0:0.4;TLC iden-tification results of Taraxacum mongolicum, Rhapontisum unflorum, Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum wallichii were determined.Fluorescent spots of the same color appeared in the corresponding position of the control product chromatography.[ Conclusion] Optimal grinding time and mix-ing ratio is a safety and effective method for prescription preparation.Established test items can be used for quality control of effective constitu-ents.关键词
