Construction of Precise Poverty Alleviation Funds Investment Mechanism from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform
摘要
Abstract
Based on supply-side reform perspective, from the perspective of supply-side funds,the problems about the funds investment of pre-cise poverty alleviation were analyzed,then multi-input mechanism for precise poverty alleviation based on supply-side reform were put forward, which included the government supply side based on financial funds, the fund supply side focused on policy loans, the market supply side to the introduction of social capital as the driving force and the vitality supply side to supplement the farmers themselves.关键词
