益气复脉针法在冠心病冠状动脉支架植入术后焦虑、抑郁患者的应用
Yiqi Fumai Acupuncture in Application of Patients with Anxiety and Depression after Coronary Artery Stent Im-plantation

Abstract
Objective To observe intervention effect of Yiqi Fumai acupuncture in treatment of patients with anxiety and depression after coronary artery stent implantation. Methods A total of 76 patients with anxiety and depres-sion after coronary artery stent implantation admitted during November 2014 and August 2016 were divided into observa-tion group (n=38) and control group (n=38) according to different treatment methods. On the basis of routine treat-ment, control group was given Deanxit, while observation group was given Yiqi Fumai acupuncture, and two groups were treated for 2 courses. Scores of depression and anxiety and adverse reactions were evaluated before and after treatment in two groups. Results There were no significant differences in scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups be-fore treatment (P>0. 05). Scores of depression and anxiety were significantly lower than those before treatment in obser-vation group (P<0. 05), but the scores showed no siginificant differences between the two groups (P>0. 05). No ab-normalities in indexes or adverse reactions were found before and after treatment in two groups. Conclusion Yiqi Fumai acupuncture has the effect of regulating emotion, and it can obviously improve the anxiety and depression of patients after coronary artery stent implantation, and the effect is similar to that by Deanxit.关键词
