丹红注射液对老年心衰患者血清TNF-αNF-κB和IL-1β的影响研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on the serum TNF-α,NF-κB and IL-1β in elderly patients with heart failure. Method:60 patients with chronic heart failure from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group. The patients in the con-trol group were treated by basic anti heart failure therapy. Patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with the Dan Hong injection. The serum TNF-α,NF-κB , IL-1βlevel and TCM syn-drome efficacy and quality of lifewere were tested and compared before and after treatment. Result:Compared with the control group, the serum TNF-α,NF-κB and IL-1βlevel were lower( P<0.05) . Compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome integral and Minnesota life quality integral were lower,( P<0.05) . Conclu-sion:The serum levels of TNF-α,NF-κB and IL-1β can significantly reduce the serum levels of and IL-1βin elderly patients with heart failure, which is important to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure.关键词
