全麻复合胸段硬膜外阻滞减轻老年胃癌根治术患者围术期心肌损伤的研究
General Anesthesia Combined with Thoracic Epidural Anesthesia in Reducing Perioperative Myocardial Injury in Elderly Patients with Radical Operation of Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate general anesthesia combined with thoracic epidural anesthesia in@reducing perioperative myocardial injury in elderly patients with radical operation of gastric cancer. Methods:Sixty-eight cases of elderly patients with radical operation of gastric cancer were selected as the research ob-jects. The patients were divided into group A (34 cases) and group B (34 cases) by random number table method. The anesthesia method of group A was general anesthesia combined with thoracic epidural block. The anesthesia method of group B was simple general anesthesia. Data of two groups were collected on the SBP, DBP,MAP and HR at the Before anesthesia (T0), tracheal intubation (T1), the beginning of the operation ( T2 ) and the end of the surgical removal of the tracheal tube ( T3 ) . The concentration of plasma creatine ki-nase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) and troponin (cTnI) were detected at T0, T1, T2 and T3. The data of two groups were compared using t test. Results:Compared with group B, The SBP, DBP, MAP and HR of group A were significantly decreased at T1 , T2 and T3( P<0.05) . The concentration of CK-MB and cTnI in the group A were significantly lower than those in the B group at T1, T2 and T3(P<0.05). Conclusions:General anes-thesia combined with thoracic epidural anesthesia can reduce perioperative myocardial injury in elderly patients with radical operation of gastric cancer关键词
