MIPPO治疗成年胫骨干骨折的临床疗效及术后生活质量的临床研究
Clinical Efficacy and Effects on Postoperative Quality of Life of MIPPO in Treatment of Adult tibial Shaft Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and effects on quality of life of micro-invasive percutaneous plating ( MIPPO) in treatment of tibial shaft fracture. Methods:Totally 60 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with common open reduction with anatomical plate, while the observation group trea-ted with MIPPO, and the basic conditions of the surgeries, postoperative qualities of fracture healing, and qualities of life were observed in the patients of the two groups. Results:The patients of the two groups had in-significantly different operative times (P>0.05); but the observation group had significantly better incision length, total blood loss, length of stay, and time to healing than the control group (all P<0.05). Of the obser-vation group, excellent clinical efficacy was achieved in 12 patients, good clinical efficacy achieved in 15 pa-tients, moderate clinical efficacy achieved in 2 patients, and poor clinical efficacy achieved in 1 patient;while of the control group, excellent clinical efficacy was achieved in 8 patients, good clinical efficacy achieved in 14 patients, moderate clinical efficacy achieved in 6 patients, and poor clinical efficacy achieved in 2 pa-tients;and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . At 6m after the surgeries, the observation group had significantly better SF-36 scores than the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion:MIPPO in treatment of tibial shaft fracture has a good clinical efficacy, can promote fracture healing and elevate quality of life, and is effective.关键词
