Abstract
Objective:to study the EGFR mutation status check clear with hydrochloric acid ek late non-small cell lung cancer patients for treatment effect and safety. Methods:Choose 2013 ~ 2016 state of EGFR mutations were identified 90 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, randomly divided into two groups, observation group choose ek for treatment, the treatment group therapy.Results:6 weeks after treatment of two groups of patients with diseases efficiently and disease control there is no obvious difference (P > 0.05).Two groups of patients with disease progression time there was no significant difference (P > 0. 05), the observation group patients were significantly longer than the average survival time (P < 0.05).Two groups of patients had no serious adverse reaction, the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant differ-ence (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Hydrochloric acid for ek, treatment of EGFR gene mutation status definitely non-small cell lung cancer patients, the treatment can be achieved with imported similar clinical treatment effect, can also be relative to prolong survival time, better security, curative effect to be sure.关键词
