Mental Health Status of the Postgraduate Freshmen in Medical Colleges

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To understand the overall mental health status of the postgraduate freshmen in medical colle -ges ,and provide the basis for the mental health work about new graduate students work .Methods :Postgraduate freshmen starting from 2016 in a medical college class completed college students'personality questionnaire (UPI) together ,and the data was analyzed .Results :The number of UPI I was 194 ,accounting for 20 .3% ;the number of UPI II was 263 ,accounting for 27 .4% ;The number of UPI III was 501 ,accounting for 52 .3% ;the UPI score of girls was significantly higher than that of boys (P < 0 .001) ;Poor students'UPI score was significantly higher than the non -poor students (P < 0 .01) .The order of four index of UPI scale from high to low were :Neurosis ,depression ,schizo-phrenia ,somatic symptoms .Conclusion :Nearly half of the medical college graduate freshmen have different levels of mental health problems ,and compared with the boys ,girl graduate students psychological health level is poorer .关键词
