盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合股四头肌离心训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hydrochloric acid amino glucose combined with the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods 80 patients diagnosed as knee oste-oarthritis between March 2013 and December 2014were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases. The ex-perimental group was treated with the combination of hydrochloric acid amino glucose tablets and four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training,while the control group was treated with the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training. The effect was compared and analyzed by using the VAS pain score and knee joint range of motion. Results Compared with before treatment,af-ter treatment the differences of VAS pain score and knee joint range of motion in two groups of patients were both statistically sig-nificant(P<0. 05). And the difference of comparison of VAS pain score and knee joint range of motion in two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of hydrochloric acid amino glucose combined with the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint is better than the single use of the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training.关键词
