强迫症志意辨证论治解析
Analysis on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder Based on Zhiyi
摘要
Abstract
Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) is a kind of mental and behavioral disorders. The anomaly of five emotions appeared at the first stage of the disease. So differentiation based on Zhiyi can be used in this stage. The disease can gradually lead to injuries of internal organs,qi,blood,body fluid and changes of constitution as it develpos. In this stage,differentiation based on Zhiyi and internal organs-qi-blood-body fluid can be used. The syndrome differentiation and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder based on Zhiyi should pay more attention to selecting method according to category,distinguishing the pathological stage and pathogenesis,discerning the basic syndrome,complicating syndrome and accompanying syndrome,formulating the principles,and selecting appropriate formulas,medicine and points.关键词
