My Opinion on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Feverish Sensation in Five Centers

摘要
Abstract
Feverish sensation in five centers is usually due to yin deficiency and excessive fire,but blood deficiency is also a common cause. There are many differences between yin deficiency and blood deficiency on disease cause,disease mechanism,diagnosis and treatment. Blood deficiency is usually due to the disease of liver,spleen and stomach,while yin deficiency is usually due to disease of lung,stomach,liver and kid-neys. Blood deficiency often manifests as pale tongue,while yin deficiency often manifests as red tongue. Warm and sweet herbs are often used for blood deficiency,which is warm tonification,while cool and mois-ture herbs are used for yin deficiency,which is clear tonification. Therefore it is necessary to give treatment after differentiating the syndrome types. The common disease mechanism should be studied to explore the differentiation paradigm for feverish sensation in five centers.关键词
