安神解郁汤联合黛力新治疗女性更年期轻中度抑郁症40例
Forty Cases of Perimenopause with Mild to Moderate Anxiety and Depression Treated by Anshen Jieyu Decoction Combined with Deanxit

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Anshen Jieyu decoction combined with deanxit on peri-menopause with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with deanxit,and the observation group was treated with Anshen jieyu decoction combined with deanxit. The clinical curative effect was observed and compared. Results:The observation group were superior to the control group on the aspects of the total efficacy,the improvement of the main symptoms,changes of estrogen level. The total scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the observation group de-creased significantly(P<0.01) 1 week after administration,while in the control group they decreased signif-icantly 2 weeks after administration(P<0.01). The total scores of SAS and SDS 8 weeks after administration were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). In the observation group,the safety related indexes were normal and no adverse reaction was found,better than those of the control group. Conclusion:Anshen Jieyu decoction combined with deanxit was more effective than deanxit alone,with faster action,higher compliance,safety and reliability and less ad-verse reactions,and could relieve better.关键词
