参芪益心方对心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞线粒体解耦联蛋白2的干预作用
Effects of Shenqi Yixin Formula on Mitochondrial Uncoupling Protein 2 in Myocardial Cells of Rats with Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Shenqi Yixin formula on myocardial mitochondrial uncoupling protein 2 of rats with heart failure. Methods:Adriamycin-induced rat model of heart failure was established to observe the effect of Shenqi Yixin formula on cardiac function and myocardial structure of rat myocardial mitochondrial ATP,PCr and UCP2 expression. Results:There was no difference between the enalapril group and Shenqi high dose group on LVEDD,LVESD,EF,FS,CO and ATP(P>0.05);there was no difference between Qili group and Shenqi high dose group on LVEDD,LVESD,EF,FS and CO (P>0.05);there was difference between Shenqi high dose group and low dose group on LVEDD and ATP (P<0.05);there was difference between enalapril group and Shenqi high-dose group on down-regulating UCP2 expres-sion level (P<0.05);there were no difference between Qili Qiangxin group and Shenqi high-dose group on down-regulating UCP2 expression level (P>0.05). Conclusion:Shenqi Yixin formula could improve ATP and PCr content and down-regulate expression level of UCP2 in myocardial cells of rats with heart failure.关键词
