小半夏汤对化疗小鼠胃排空和小肠推进异常的改善作用
Effect of Xiaobanxia Decoction on Gastric Emptying and Small Intestinal Propulsion in Mice after Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaobanxia decoction on gastric residual rate and small intesti-nal propulsion rate in normal mice and mice after chemotherapy,and to explore its mechanism of preventing and treating chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting from gastrointestinal motility. Methods:Normal mice were given Xiaobanxia decoction by gavage for 7 days,and the mice were given nutritional semi-solid paste to determine the gastric residual rate and intestinal propulsive rate;Mice after chemotherapy were given Xi-aobanxia decoction by gavage for 7 days,on the 4th day,mice were given intraperitoneal injection of cis-platin,2 mg/kg,for 4 days continuously,and the mice were also given nutritional semi-solid paste to deter-mine gastric residual rate and intestinal propulsive rate. Results:Xiaobanxia decoction had no effect on gas-tric residual rate and small intestinal propulsion rate in normal mice. Compared with the normal control group,the gastric residual rate of cisplatin model significantly increased(P<0.01),and the small intestine propulsion rate also significantly increased(P<0.001);compared with cisplatin group,Xiaobanxia decoction of high dose could reduce the gastric residual rate significantly(P<0.01),Xiaobanxia decoction of medium dose and low dose could reduce the gastric residual rate,without statistical significance(P>0.05);compared with cisplatin group,Xiaobanxia decoction of low dose and medium dose could significantly inhibit the intestinal propulsive hyperfunction(P<0.001 and P<0.05,respectively),but high dose only showed inhibitory trend (P>0.05). Conclusion:Xiaobanxia decoction had no significant effect on gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion in normal mice,but it could significantly relieve the gastric emptying delay and small intestinal propulsion hyperfunction induced by cisplatin.关键词
