This article introduced the current research progress on international and domestical use of the upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB)risk assessment scale in aspects of endoscopy,bleeding demand,rebleeding and death risk assessment,in order to provide references for establishing the scientific,comprehensive and suitable assessment scale for people in China further.关键词
