延长置管深度提高老年病人螺旋形鼻肠管置管成功率的研究
Extending catheter depth to improve catheter success rate of spiral nasointestinal in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of prolonging the depth of catheter insertion on the catheter success rate of spiral nasointestinal tube in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 56 male elderly patients who need catheter were randomly divided into observation group(28 cases)and control group(28 cases).The patients in control group were placed by conventional method.The spiral tube with guide wire extended into 10 cm-20 cm in observation group according to the patients'height,then withdraw all the guide wire,suspended 40 cm and fixed near the ear,until its own creep to the target position.Results:The success rate of catheterization in observation group was higher than that in control group.There was statistically significant difference in the suc-cess rate of catheterization between the two groups at 2 h,4 h,6 h and 8 h.There was no statistically significant difference in vital signs of patients in observation group before and after catheterization.Conclusions:The pro-longed catheter insertion depth can improve the success rate of the posterior pyloric intubation in elderly pa-tients.The elderly patients had good tolerance and no obvious influence on the vital signs.关键词
