Abstract
Objective:To systematic review the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and depressive symptoms in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:The average score and standard deviation of Zung Anxiety Self Rating Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)were extracted by searching ISI Web of Knowledge,EBSCO,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP database.The meta-analysis was performed by using the Rev-man 5.2 software.Results:A total of 267 Chinese and international literatures were retrieved.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 6 articles were included,involving 423 cases of cervical cancer patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that,compared with the control group,there was statistically significant difference in the SDS score[SMD=—9.32,95%CI (—12.42,—6.23),Z =5.90,P <0.00001 ]and SAS score [SMD=11.20,95%CI (—16.28,—6.11),Z =4.32,P <0.0001]of the cervical cancer patients with psycholog-ical intervention.Conclusions:The existing evidences showed that psychological intervention could effectively improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of cervical cancer patients.关键词
