慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人家庭照顾者希望水平及影响因素分析
Hope level and its influencing factors of family caregivers of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective:To understand the hope level of family care givers of patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease(COPD)and its influencing factors.Methods:The general data questionnaire and Herth Hope In-dex were used to investigate 94 inpatients with COPD,and the general information questionnaire,Herth Hope Index and WHO Quality of Life Brief Scale were used to investigate their family caregivers.Results:The hope score of family caregivers was 34.27±4.51 point.The hope level was at middle level for 62.8% and at high lev-el for 37.2% of family caregivers.The score of the action dimension,the score of hope level and the total score of quality of life,the score of each field,the dimension of the patient's attitude,the dimension of the action,the dimension of the relationship,and the total score of hope level were positively correlated.Influencing factors of the caregiver's hope of single factor level were:age,marital status,job,health,daily care time;multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the patients'hope level and caregivers'marital status,quality of life and daily care time were the main influencing factors of the hope level of caregiver.Conclusions:The family caregivers of COPD patients showed mid to high level of hope.Health care workers should pay attention to the impact of hope level on family caregivers of COPD patients and take effective measures to enhance their hope level.关键词
