某三级甲等医院护理人员风险感知现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of nurses'risk perception in a third grade A hospital

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of nurses'risk perception in a third grade A hospital,so as to avoid occupational risks of nursing staff and provide scientific guidance for improving the safety of the practice.Methods:A total of 525 clinical nurses were investigated by adopting risk perception questionnaire for nurses.Results:The overall score of rick perception of nursing staff was 89.09±17.85 point, which was at medium level.Higher dimensions of risk perception included occupational exposure risk,physical function risk and personal safety risk.The scoring average was 70.35%,68.40% and 66.96% respectirely. There were statistically significant differences in risk perception scores among nurses with different working years,departments and academic qualifications (P<0.05).Conclusions:The risk perception of nurses was at medium level,and different working years,departments and academic qualifications could effect the level of risk perception.关键词
