Abstract
Objective:To test the reliability and validity evaluation of performance appraisal satisfaction question-naire on medical staff in a ClassⅢ GradeⅠhospital.Methods:A total of 682 medical staff in a ClassⅢ GradeⅠhospital in Guangzhou city were investigated by cluster sampling and stratified sampling method.Results:The Cronbach's alpha coefficient and split half reliability were 0.978 and 0.946 respectively in the performance ap-praisal satisfaction questionnaire.The coefficient range of Cronbach's was 0.917~0.957,and the split half reli-ability was 0.879~0.940.After extracting the 5 factors,the cumulative contribution rate of variance reached 85.611%.Conclusions:The questionnaire had good reliability and validity,and it was suitable for the investiga-tion and study of the status quo of the performance evaluation of public hospitals in our country.关键词
