Abstract

Regional grid's dispatch resources hidden in busloads can't give full play to its role when generation scheduling is optimized in provincial grid. Collaboration scheduling optimization considering overall interests of power grid between provincial grid and regional grid can improve the resources utilization efficiency. The collaborative scheduling optimization method for provincial grid and regional grid based on refined busload forecast was proposed. According to the busload's power or load classification, power components and load components of regional active network were considered separately to make better busload forecast method. Analysis of aggregation principle from power and load in regional grid node to provincial bus, the bus power transfer matrix was proposed and the bus scheduling problem solving model was established. This method was presented that how to create the bus price-power relation function. The busload was as coordination media of collaborative scheduling optimization for provincial grid and regional grid. Then, collaborative scheduling optimization models were constructed. Results of calculation examples show that collaborative scheduling optimization method can realize coordination and complementation of power resources in the whole province, improve security and economic level of power grid operation.
