Abstract
This paper analyzed the unmet needs of rehabilitation for people with disabilities in China, discussed the policy environment of rehabilitation development, explored the theory and approaches of the development of higher education in rehabilitation, and established an International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)-based system of rehabilitation education of disciplines, special-ties and courses.关键词
