Abstract
Venous thromboembolism(VTE) is one of the causes of unexpected death in hospital, and also an important index of hospital quality management in recent years. Appropriate hospital management efforts and interventionswould be highly effective on reducing the incidence of perioperative VTE. However, the prophylactic methods for VTE from the perspective of hospital management are not fully implemented in China. Summarizing the foreign hospital management methods, finding the key to prevent and cure VTE in our country during the perioperative period, and strengthening in-hospital education combined with a variety of interventions simultaneously are effective ways to manage perioperative VTE prophylaxis in the hospital. By comparing the domestic and foreign gap in the level of thrombosis prevention management and the advanced methods and experience of foreign hospital management, surgeons should actively explore the problems encountered in hospital management and clinical practice, and from the hospital management level promote the prevention and treatment of hospital VTE, establish a complete scientific quality management process, maximize the clinical application of the guidelines recommended standardized diagnostic measures, reduce the incidence of VTE and the burden of medical care, in order to make more patients benefit.关键词
