摘要
Abstract
Venous thromboembolism (VTE) can be a fatal complication of laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery. Beyond by laboratory tests to predict the occurrence of VTE temporarily, the multimodal prevention after Caprini score is by far the most commonly used for VTE prevention strategy, which we summarized as "a score" that is using the Caprini score;"two methods"refers to the VTE prevention methods are divided into physical prevention and drug prevention; "three monitoring" refers to the patient needs of clinical, laboratory and imaging three aspects of monitoring;"four-stage"refers to the need to cover VTE preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative and hospital four stages.关键词
