耳聋易感基因患儿人工耳蜗植入术后听觉言语能力评估
The Assessment of Auditory and Speech Ability of Children with Deafness-susceptible Genes after Cochlear Implantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the rehabilitation outcomes and influencing factors of children with different deafness-susceptible genes in different stages. Methods 192 cases of patients with severe to profound sensorineural deafness have been included in the study. According to the deafness-susceptible gene screening results, patients were divided into groups of GJB2 gene mutations, SLC26A4 gene mutations, mitochondrial 12 s rRNA gene mutations, and common deafness gene test negative control group. The follow-up period was 1 year, and the postoperative auditory and speech rehabilitation outcomes were assessed by the Chinese version of the cochlear implant evaluation system. Results According to MAIS grading evaluation, the scores of GJB2 gene mutation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). A statistical analysis of the follow-up results of the SLC26A4 gene mutation group showed that the evaluation results did not show obvious advantages, and there was no statistically significant (P> 0.05) difference between the mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene mutation group and the control group. The CAP classification and SIR scores showed that there were no statistically significant difference results between the 4 groups (allP > 0.05). There were significant differences in preoperative auditory speech scores and that at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion There were differences in the rehabilitation outcomes in children with different deafness-susceptible genes after cochlear implantation. The GJB2 gene mutation group showed good long-term auditory performance.关键词
