早期肠内营养对重症肺炎大鼠免疫功能的影响分析
The effect of early enteral nutrition on immune function in rats with severe pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on immune function in rats with severe pneumonia. Method A total of 60 rats with severe pneumonia were selected, and the rat model was successfully established. They were divided into total parenteral nutntion group (group A), enteral nutrition group (group B) and immune-enhancing enteral nutrition group (group C), with 20 in each group using random number table. The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+), cytokine levels [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin (IL-10)] and immunoglobulin (Ig) G in each group at different times were assessed and compared. Result 4 rats in group A died in the first 14 days after intervention, and the number of which in group B and C were 2 and 1, respectively. On the 4th and 14th days after intervention, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ in group C were significantly higher than that in group A and group B (P < 0.05). On the 14th days after intervention, the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-10 in group C were significantly lower than that in group A and group B (P < 0.05), while the level of IgG was significantly higher than that in the latter two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Immune-enhancing enteral nutrition can significantly improve the levels of cellular and humoral immunity in rats with severe pneumonia.关键词
