肾门旁肿瘤行经腹膜后与经腹腹腔镜下肾部分切除术的对比分析
Clinical comparison of retroperitoneal and transperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for hilar renal tumors

Abstract
Objective To compare the characteristics of retroperitoneal and transperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for hilar renal tumors. Method 38 cases of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for hilar renal tumors in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed from January 2013 to December 2016. Depending on the laparoscopic approach cases were divided into retroperitoneal approach group (23 cases) and abdominal approach group (15 cases). The operation time, blood loss, warm ischemia time, postoperative hemorrhage, postoperative urine leakage, positive surgical margins, time to postoperative passage of flatus and hospital stay were compared and analyzed. Result The differences were not statistical significant for the operation time, blood loss, warm ischemia time, postoperative hemorrhage, postoperative urine leakage and positive surgical margins between the two groups (P > 0.05). But the time to postoperative passage of flatus and hospital stay had significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Both retroperitoneal and transperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for hilar renal tumors are safe and feasible. Compared with the transperitoneal approach, the retroperitoneal approach is more effective in favor of the recovery of intestinal tract and shorter hospital stay.关键词
