Abstract
Assessment of librarian training effect plays an important role in librarian training, but studies on librar-ian training effect in academic library are few. A rational librarian training effect assessment criteria system was thus constructed by using Delphi method and hierarchy analysis method in order to help librarian training in aca-demic library.关键词
