安徽省长丰县草莓根腐病病原的鉴定
Pathogen diagnosis of strawberry root rot caused by Fusarium in Changfeng county, Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
Strawberry root rot was observed in Changfeng county,Anhui Province.Twelve strains were isolated from the root of 20 randomly-collected infected plants.The isolates were primarily identified as Fusarium based on their morphological and colony characteristics,and further confirmed as Fusarium oxysporum by analyzing the rDNA-ITS sequence of isolates and morphological characteristics.The healthy strawberries inoculated with the isolate showed the similar symptoms in two to three weeks after inoculation.Fusarium oxysporum was re-isolated from the inoculated pathogenetic strawberry roots.Based on the morphological characteristics,pathogenicity test and molecular analysis,strawberry root rot pathogens from Changfeng county were identified as Fusarium oxysporum.关键词
