外施脱落酸对低温胁迫下山茶花生理生化指标的影响
The effect of exogenous abscisic acid on physiological and biochemical indexes of Camellia leaves under chilling stress

Abstract
In order to study the effect of ABA on the physiological and biochemical indexes of Camellia leaves,different concentrations of exogenous ABA (5,10 and 20 mg·L-1) were sprayed on the cold-resistant Camellia leaves and then placed the leaves at-5℃ for 24 h.The results showed that ABA decreased the electrical conductivity of the cold-resistant Camellia leaves and improved the adaptability to low temperature.When the cold resistant Camellia leaves were treated with 10 mg·L-1 ABA,the electrical conductivity and MDA content were the lowest and the SOD activity,free proline and soluble protein content were the highest.关键词
