摘要

Abstract

CF700 tractor was used as the research object,and the tractor 4-DOF vibration model was built up by choosing the scissor linkage seats with air spring suspension and front axle air spring suspension based on MATLAB/SIMULINK.The simulation results showed that the RMS of the tractor body vertical and pitch vibration acceleration,seat position vertical vibration acceleration and the front tyre dynamic load were respectively reduced by 16.92%,36.82%,32.71% and 20.57% compared with the no-suspension tractor system.Ride comfort and driving safety of the tractor were improved significantly.Using a smoother road of GB/T 10910-2004 as the excitation,the vibration experiment of tractor was performed and simulated under the same condition.The results showed that the average relative error was 11.37%,which is in the acceptable range.The simulation results closely reflect the vibration trend of the tractor.
