摘要

Abstract

Since the discovery of pebrine disease nearly two hundred years ago,pebrine disease has caused serious damage to the world's sericulture country.It is the only quarantine object of the silkworm eggs in the sericulture countries and regions.In order to better understand and summarize the diagnostic method of Noesma bombycis and its research progress,we reviewed the researches on optical microscopic microscopy detection,electron microscope inspection,immunology and molecular biology detection in recent years.The future development was forecasted in order to rapidly and accurately control and diagnose the Noesma bombycis.
