Content Determination of Three Kinds of Hormones in the Serum of Binlangjiang Buffalo，Murrah Buffalo and Holstein Cow

Abstract
[Objective] To accumulate theoretical data for further study,development and utilization of Binglangjiang Buffalo.[Method] The content of three kinds of hormones (GH,INS and PRL) in the serum of Binglangjiang Buffalo was determined,and they were compared with Murrah Buffalo and Holstein Cow.[Result] The content of GH in the serum of Binglangjiang Buffalo was 0.017 9 ng/mL,which was lower than that in Murrah Buffalo(0.0237 ng/mL) and higher than that in Holstein Cow(0.0178 ng/mL),but there was no significant difference(P ＞0.05).PRL content in the serum of Binglangjiang Buffalo was O.120 0 ng/mL,which had no significant difference with that in Holstein Cow(P ＞0.05),but it was significantly lower than that in Murrah Buffalo (P ＜ 0.05).The content of INS in the serum of Binglangjiang Buffalo was 0.740 0 μU/mL,which was lower than that in Binglangjiang Buffalo and Holstein Cow,and there was significant difference between Binglangjiang Buffalo and Holstein Cow(P ＜ 0.05).[Conclusion] As for the lactating performance,Binglangjiang Buffalo had the same superiority with Murrah Buffalo and Holstein Cow.关键词
