Abstract
[Objective] To understand the infection situation of J subgroup of avian leukemia (ALV) in breeding chicken farm in Kunming City of Yunnan Province.[Method] 644 cloaca swabs of cock and 460 albumen samples of hens were collected from a breeding chicken farm infected with suspected avian leukemia virus in Kunming City of Yunnan Province.The antigen of J subgroup of avian leukemia in breeding chicken was detected by using ELISA.[Result] Among 460 detected albumen samples,172 antigen samples were positive,the positive rate was 37.39％.Among 644 cloaca swabs,520 antigen samples were positive,the positive rate was 80.75％.644 samples were detected in farm A,and the total positive rate was 63.66％.Among the detected samples,the positive rate of albumen samples was 39.13％,and the positive rate of cloaca swabs was 82.07％.460 samples were detected in farm B,the total positive rate was 61.30％.Among them,the positive rate of albumen samples was 34.78％,and the positive rate of cloaca swabs was 78.99％.The detection results showed that the breeding chicken in Kunming City of Yunnan Province had been severely infected with J subgroup of ALV.[Conclusion] The research can provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of J subgroup of ALV of breeding chicken.关键词
