Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Pigments from Citrus Peel by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of pigments from citrus peel by orthogonal test.[Method] Extraction technology of pigments from citrus peel was researched by single factor test.And the optimal extraction technology was obtained by orthogonal test.[Conclusion] The optimal extraction technology of pigments from,itrus peel was as follows:70% ethanol,1∶10 g/mL solid-liquid ratio,80 ℃ extraction temperature,30 min ultrasonic extraction time,and 200 W extraction power.[Conclusion] This research provides theoretical foundation for the extraction of pigments from citrus peel,and offers references for the comprehensive development and utilization of citrus peel.关键词
