Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of different concentrations of melamine on acute toxicity and life history parameters of Brachionus diversicornis.[Method] Taking Brachionus diversicornis as test animal,effects of different concentrations(600,1 200 and 1 800 mg/L) of melamine on survival and reproduction rate,life expectation,net reproductive rate,generation rate and intrinsic growth rate were studied.[Result] The results showed that the 48 h LC50 value of melamine to Brachionus diversicornis was 2 206.376 mg/L,with 95％ confidence interval of 1 822.866-2 850.378 mg/L.Compared with the control,different concentrations of melamine significantly decreased the life expectation,net reproductive rate and generation time.The intrinsic growth rate was significantly suppressed only when the concentration of melamine was 1 800 mg/L.[Conclusion] The study can provide some theoretical basis for toxicity evaluation of melamine.关键词
