Abstract
The basic principles of 4 kinds of modem molecular biology techniques including polymerase chain reaction (PCR),biochip technology,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),biosensors were reviewed,as well as their application in environmental microbe monitoring and management.The aim was to provide reference for further research of modem molecular biology technique in environmental microbe monitoring and management.关键词
