Abstract
The dominance hypothesis,overdominance hypothesis and epistatic hypothesis of three genetic mechanisms of the hypothesis were introduced.Based on these,the principles and characteristics of several commonly used molecular markers were reviewed in the division of crop heterosis group.Further application of molecular marker was forecasted in the research of crop heterosis.关键词
