摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To verify the effect of bovine serum on promoting cells growth during cultivation process.[Method] Suspension culture of BHK21 cells was conducted by using commodity fetal bovine serum,newborn bovine serum and processed adult bovine serum respectively.The effect of each serum on promoting cells growth was tested through indicators of cell density and cell vitality.[Result] The difference among three kinds of serum on cell growth was not obvious,and they all had good effects on promoting cell growth.[Conclusion] The processed adult bovine has good effect on promoting cell growth,and has no obvious differences with that of fetal bovine serum and newborn bovine serum.关键词
