摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the effect of thefkbM gene of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae on motility.[Method] A deletion mutant offkbM was generated by homologous recombination △fkbMxoo.To construct a complementary strain △fkbMXoo (C).Using motiliy test experiment to confirm the effect of thefkbM gene on motility.[Result] Compared with wild type strain PXO99A,the mutant △fkbMXoo displayed reduced motility.In complementary strain △fkbMXoo (C),changed phenotypes were restored to certain degree.[Conclusion] ThefkbM gene mutation of X.oryzae could reduce motility function of X.oryzae.关键词
