Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianshu Capsule combined with Sibelium in the treatment of migraine with syndrome of blood stasis.Methods A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed with migraine of blood stasis type were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group,according to their odd and even numbers.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Tianshu Capsule combined with Sibelium,while those in the control group vere treated with Sibelium alone.The course of treatment was 30 days for both groups.The changes in migraine score,pain index,syndrome score,and life quality index were compared at 1 month after treatment.Results Both groups had significant improvements in the migraine score,pain index,syndrome score,and life quality index,and the treatment group had significantly more improvements than the control group (P＜0.05).The treatment group had significantly better clinical outcomes of migraine,pain,and syndrome than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tianshu Capsule combined with Sibelium can significantly improve the migraine score,pain index,syndrome score,and life quality index in the treatment of migraine with syndrome of blood stasis.关键词
