摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the optimal extraction process for Compound Qingfengteng Babu Agent.Methods The content of sinomenine and cinnamaldehyde and dry extract yield were used as assessment indices,and an orthogonal design was used to investigate the influence of alcohol concentration,alcohol amount,extraction time,and times of extraction on extraction results and determine the optimal extraction process.Results In the optimal process,extraction was performed 3 times (1.5 hours each) using 6-fold 90 ％ alcohol.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible.关键词
