雷酚内酯的波谱学数据与结构确证
Spectral Analysis and Structural Elucidation of Triptophnolide
摘要
Abstract
Ultraviolet (UV) spectrum, infrared (IR) spectrum, mass (MS) spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra (i.e., 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H COSY, NOE, 1H-13C HSQC and 1H-13C HMBC) of Triptophnolide were collected and interpreted. All 1H and 13C NMR signals were assigned. Base on the data, the structure of reference standard Triptophnolide was determined.关键词
