某轿车转向系统怠速振动分析与优化
Vibration Analysis and Optimization of Steering System of a Car Under Idling State
摘要
Abstract
Vibration tests and modal analysis method were used to recognize the cause of steering wheel's shaking of a car under idling condition when the air conditioning was switched on;it was concluded that modal frequency of steering wheel was identical with cooling fan's rotation frequency, so the resonance of the steering wheel appears.By using the sensitivity method to analyze the effect of steering system component thickness on the frequency sensitivity if the change of the frequency of vibration actuating source was impossible;then,the components which have more effect on the modal sensitivity were optimized.At last,the feasibility of the scheme was verified via the vibration test of steering wheel.关键词
