基于单缝衍射原理的横梁弯曲法杨氏模量实验仪的结构变形分析
Structural Deformation Analysis for an Experimental Apparatus of Young's Modulus Measuring Based on Single Slit Diffraction and Beam Bending

Abstract
In the test experiment of young 's modulus which through the method of single slit diffraction principle combined with beam bending,reaction will make the instrument structure cause deformation when an applied load to the equipment under test,and change the slit width so as to affect the final measurement result.This paper focuses on such an experimental apparatus based on structure features,by using ANSYS software as a development platform,and the method of numerical simulation with finite element analysis the deformation of the part which produces the slit in thisexperimental apparatus.The results show that:if the increase of load,the deformation of the structure will also increase,and there is a good linear relationship between them.By monadic linear regression analysis to get the load-deformation equation,and related correction formula is deduced for modifying the slit width in the experiment.At last,the results also show that the result will be more accurate after the modification by making the prototype experiment test.关键词
