Abstract
The working principle of the disk-cylinder composite type MR transmission with temperature-controlled SMA switch control was introduced. Based on the electrothermal driving characteristic of SMA, the relationship between the output stroke and the applied current of Temperature controlled SMA switch was established.Based on the Bingham model,the rheological properties of MRF shear stress with external magnetic field were described.Considering the effect of MRF under the centrifugal force,the transmission torque equation of the disk-cylinder compound temperature controlled MR transmission was established,and the influence of the magnetic field intensity on the transmission performance was analyzed.The results show that the output current of SMA switch increases with the increase of temperature.The transmission torque increases with the increase of magnetic field.Considering the effect of centrifugal squeezing,the transmission torque of the MR transmission device under the magnetic saturation is improved by 11 .702%.关键词
