高精密弹流润滑球轴承支承主轴系统动特性分析
Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Spindle System Supported by High Precision EHL-Ball Bearings

Abstract
This paper presented an analysis model to investigate angular contact ball bearings-spindle system of high-grade CNC machine tools.The dynamic model of high precision spindle system was built with nonlinearity HERTZ contact,preload forces and nodule number.The frequency domain parameters and three-dimensional response map of the spindle system response with and withoutelastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL)in multi-field coupling service were solved by using Newton-Ralfson method and the precise integration method.The results show that this model can be applied to transient study the dynamic characteristics of lubricated spindle systems and provide reference for further precision design.关键词
