摘要
Abstract
We studied the bias effect of perovskite oxides Nd0.85 Sr0.15 CoO3 sample.We prepared the sample in a high temperature by traditional solid state reaction method.When the Nd0.85 Sr0.15 CoO3 sample was cooled in magnetic field via low temperature,the bias effect appears.Moreover,bias effect of Nd0.85 Sr0.15 CoO3 decreases with the increasing temperature.Therefore,our study confirms that the bias effect gives strong evidences for the existence of exchange coupling between FM and non-FM regions in Nd0.85 Sr0.15 CoO3 sample.关键词
