Association of Recurrence with Prognosis in Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients
探讨了急性缺血性脑卒中复发与预后的相关性.回顾性分析了南方医科大学附属中山市小榄医院2013年5月—2015年5月收治的185例复发性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料,根据复发时间及复发次数进行分组.采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分对患者脑卒中严重程度及预后进行评定,比较不同复发时间及复发次数NIHSS和mRS的差异.结果表明:复发间隔时间越短的患者,其预后越差;复发次数越多的患者,其预后越差.…查看全部>>
