摘要
Abstract
To investigate the association of recurrence with prognosis in acute ischemic stroke patients.185 patients with recurrent ischemic stroke from May 2013 to May 2015 were enrolled.The severity of the stroke and prognosis were analyzed according to NIHSS and mRS to compare the difference of NIHSS and mRS between different recurrence time and recurrence frequency.The prognosis of stroke patients was worse due to shorter interval of recurrence or more times of recurrence.There is a significant correlation between recurrence and prognosis in acute ischemic stroke patients.关键词
