Experimental study on shear property of circumferential joint in general ring segment under the staggered assembling
摘要
Abstract
Based on the general ring segment under the staggered assembling of Ningbo rail transit, the prototype shear tests are conducted to study the shear properties of circumferential joint with rebate. By summarizing the results, the two-stage curve indicating the relationship between dislocation of circumferential joint and shear force is obtained. According to data analysis, the change rule of shear stiffness under different axial force is concluded and the mechanical properties of circumferential joint under the combination of axial force and shear force are obtained. Furthermore, the variation of mechanical properties and shear stiffness of the circumferential joint under different loading stages is obtained as well. The contribution of different joint structure to the stiffness and strength is gained by theoretical analysis and the result is compared to the experimental data to verify on another. The result thus provides technical support and basis for circumferential joint shear design.关键词
